Crew Producer

I've worked for numerous booking agencies over the years, putting together small and medium sized crews with equipment.  On these projects, I usually also fulfill the role as Director of Photography or additional cameraman.

There is a large talent-pool from which to acquire technical support.  You should never need to pull from LA to "crew-up".

Film and video production is often described as "managed chaos".  The goal, of course, is to minimize that chaos while creating exceptional imagery.
